Products
Information of the goods is provided immediately beside the goods in the web store. All available products displayed in the online store can be added to cart. Products marked as “Out of Stock” are currently unavailable. Displayed product photos are illustrative and may differ from the actual product. Receipt of an order will be confirmed electronically in relevant e-mail with annexed conditions of agreement.
Shipping and delivery
All items are made to order. Production times may vary depending on order volume and demand.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
For eligible international destinations, orders may be shipped under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Where DDP applies, all applicable duties, import taxes, and customs fees are included in the amount paid at checkout, and no additional charges will be due upon delivery.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and courier services.
The seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs authorities, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond the seller's reasonable control.
Return policy
Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To initiate a return, the customer must contact info@marilemet.com within the return period.
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
Refunds cover the product price only. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Return shipping costs and responsibility for safe return of the item remain with the customer.
For returns from outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees related to re-importation (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are processed within 30 days after the returned item has been received and inspected and will be issued to the original payment method.
The seller reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet the above conditions.
